2017年6月，中巴建交掀開兩國關(guān)系新篇章。建交近七年來，兩國關(guān)系快速發(fā)展、成果豐碩，給兩國人民帶來實實在在的好處。當?shù)厝恕皩W中文”的興趣也愈發(fā)濃烈。
在巴拿馬大學孔子學院，巴拿馬大學孔子學院巴方院長巫俊輝為“灣區(qū)青年拉美行”特別報道組介紹了該校的招生情況。他表示，因為巴拿馬有超過170年的華僑歷史，因此中國文化推廣在當?shù)負碛泻芎玫幕A(chǔ)。該學院2017年成立，2019年便在全球500多家孔院中脫穎而出，入選25所全球先進孔子學院。
中巴文化中心也是當?shù)厝藢W習漢語、了解中國文化的重要窗口。該中心附屬學校中山學校還與中山紀念中學締結(jié)為姐妹學校。據(jù)介紹，中巴文化中心中山學校是中南美洲最大的可學習中文的學校，學校以中山命名，以紀念孫中山先生。
報道組到訪時，中巴文化中心的孩子們正在等待放學，一見我們到來，便主動以中文熱情地打起了招呼。巴拿馬中山華僑龐慧明介紹，她的兒子和女兒四十年前就在這里讀書，當時是巴拿馬唯一的三語學校，教授英文、西班牙文和中文。目前她的孫子也在這里讀書?！靶Ｓ训淖优蓛?yōu)先入學。”這里師資優(yōu)良，注重培養(yǎng)學生勤奮好學、念祖愛鄉(xiāng)的品質(zhì)，“我的孩子現(xiàn)在回中國做生意，能說能寫流利的中文，多虧了這所學校的教育?！?/p>
Chinese?Education?Connects?the?World

The Confucius Institute of the University of Panama was established in 2017. In 2019, with the evaluation of more than 500 Confucius Institutes around the world, it was awarded the title of “global advanced Confucius Institute”. The reporting team of “ GBA Youth in Latin America ” was told that the age range of the students here is between 7 and 80. The Panama China Cultural Center with over 40-year history is also an important platform for the local people to learn Chinese language and culture. Chinese education is well received by the locals because the overseas Chinese in Panama has more than 170-year history.Some students without Chinese ancestry also like to study Chinese as they believe it can bring them more friends and help them to fulfill their dreams in the future.
